Bespoke Developments is a British, privately owned company with a main aim: to design and build exceptional spaces for the finest residential properties in prime locations, to the highest standards of specification and finish.
Operating out of our custom-built premise’s in Rutland on the outskirts of Stamford, voted the best place to live in the UK, we are wonderfully located to service the country.
We are happy to take on projects from £30,000 to £1,500,000 which can range from a quirky ‘one off ‘home extension or custom-built timber structure, to a new build residential home following our clients architectural briefing.
We also offer ancillary products should you wish to carry out renovation works to your existing property which include bespoke glazing solutions, lanterns and lay lights.
Where possible, the majority of our bespoke components for our projects are made in Great Britain, where we have to source specialist systems from overseas we try to ensure the assembly takes place right here in Great Britain to maintain control over quality and timing.
