Our design and build department will happily organise and undertake a full turnkey general build project. We can undertake groundworks, drainage, stonework, brickwork, electrics, plastering, heating, flooring, glazing and site management.

We understand why one would opt for a more conventional form of extension. Matching an extension with the host property as seamlessly as possible is essential if the client wishes the property to appear as one. Good material matching is essential and careful consideration must be given when sourcing components.
Conventional extensions are normally more financially economical as most of the raw materials are readily available and held in stock throughout the country.
Items such as timber, bricks, blocks, SIPs panels, insulation, Velux roof lights, plaster board, skirting board and window boards can be sourced at competitive market rates and assembled using conventional building processes quickly.
It is still possible to add some bespoke elements to a conventional extension, Bi-folding doors, large sliding panels, lay light and lanterns can be added using set sized products to add that bespoke touch without drastically affecting the project budget.
