We enjoy working to Architects plans and would invite you to upload plans in the architect section of the site together with the specification and your requirements.
If you do not have an architect in place and would prefer to project manage your own scheme this is also fine, simply contact us to arrange for one of our designers to visit with you and discuss the project and we’ll happily carry out the design work and provide you with an estimate before securing your business.
We work with our own network of architectural technicians, specifier’s, structural engineers and project managers to take your project from the plan stage to site start and through to completion.
We can take ownership of the basic legalities required for any building project and manage the process for you. These services include planning applications (link to planning portal) structural calculations, SAP calculation, air tests, water efficiency and building regulation applications.
Where bespoke components are required, we manage the procurement process and coordinate the fabrication of all long lead time products to ensure they are available for installation in line with the build program.
We are happy to work as part of a larger project under a main contractor and simply add our bespoke products where applicable, this works very well when we are suppling our bespoke range of orangeries and conservatories or our range of bespoke glazing products. We find it very easy to cog in with the overall project and by being so flexible enables our clients to work in the way that best suits them and their project.
